- 10 small english cucumbers (from costco), sliced
- 1/8 cup onions, THINLY sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Salt, pepper and dill to taste!
- Keep in fridge 3 or 4 hours before serving!
