Recipe Tuesday

Cucumber Salad

  • 10 small english cucumbers (from costco), sliced
  • 1/8 cup onions, THINLY sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dill

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 
  • Salt, pepper and dill to taste!
  • Keep in fridge 3 or 4 hours before serving!

The easiest and best tasting cucumber salad! You can throw this together for an easy side dish to a BBQ or just to have as a low calorie snack!
