Recipe Tuesday: Salad






I am seriously in love with this salad. I could eat it every.single.day. It's quick and easy to throw together, it's light but fills you up, and well, it's gigantic.

Dressing:
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
garlic salt and pepper to taste

- mix all together
*as a note, I like vinegar, so you may have to adjust to what you prefer

 Salad:
1 cup butter lettuce
1 cup romaine
1/2 cucumber, quartered
1/4 cup sliced carrots
1/4 cup sliced celery
1 Pink Lady Apple, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
1/2 avocado, chunked
1 slice of swiss cheese, sliced into chunks
2 oz. turkey breast, chopped
2 tbsp. pine nuts

Combine salad and dressing and enjoy!
